Smear results submission

Doctors may discuss with your laboratory and request you to submit smear results to the CSIS. If you agree to do so, he/she will indicate on the laboratory request form of clients who have joined the CSP and consented to allow transferring of personal information and smear results. You may send the test results to us by fax (2833 5445) or by mail. From September 2004, you may submit results by online input in the CSIS, by uploading your database file to the CSIS or by sending database file on storage media.

From September 2004 onwards, registered laboratory professionals may enquire registered women's smear results in the CSIS.
