Temporary Closure of Robert Black Maternal and Child Health Centre and Transfer of Service to Kowloon City Maternal and Child Health Centre

   

14 November 2016

With an aim to provide quality services with enhanced efficiency, Robert Black Maternal and Child Health Centre (MCHC) will undergo renovation and close temporarily starting from 21 November 2016. The Cervical Screening Service of Robert Black MCHC will be transferred to Kowloon City MCHC on the same day until further notice. The date of service resumption at Robert Black MCHC will be posted on Family Health Service website (http://www.fhs.gov.hk) in due course. For more information, please click here for details.

Healthy League – Say No to Women's Cancers

   

25 September 2016

The Department of Health was honoured to be invited as a supporting organisation to the Globe-athon Hong Kong 2016. The activity was organised by Lee Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society. The theme of this year was "Give Me a Chance . Say No to Women's Cancers".

Globe-athon is the only international movement focused on the prevention and early detection of all gynaecological cancers. Over 70 countries and 130 cities made history by walking in solidarity with each other and with millions of women and families affected by gynaecological cancers.

The activity was held on 25 September 2016 at Peak Road Garden. During the activity, Captain AC participated in photo shooting and brought a lot of funs to the participants, corporate and organisation representatives and officiating guests. Please click here to see the photos.
