Family Health Service – Re-arrangement of service
In view of the Emergency Response Level for the Novel Coronavirus Infection, starting from 17 February 2020, cervical cancer screening and woman health services under the Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs) of the Family Health Service will be suspended. Please click here for details.

Relocation of Yaumatei Maternal & Child Health Centre
Yaumatei (YMT) Maternal and Child Health Centre (MCHC) will be relocated from the current site (6/F, Yaumatei Specialist Clinic Extension, 143 Battery Street, YMT) to 10 Yan Cheung Road, YMT from 23 March 2020 for continuation of service. The details of new site would be posted on Family Health Service website (http://www.fhs.gov.hk) later when available.

Temporary Closure of Tsing Yi Maternal & Child Health Centre
Tsing Yi Maternal and Child Health Centre (MCHC) will undergo renovation and close temporarily from 2 March 2020. The date of service resumption at Tsing Yi MCHC would be posted on Family Health Service website (http://www.fhs.gov.hk) timely when available.

Launch of the Hong Kong Cancer Strategy 2019
Hong Kong’s first cancer strategy was promulgated on 26 July 2019. Phased outcomes related to prevention and control of cancer are set to be achieved by 2025, including a 10% relative increase in coverage for cervical cancer screening.
